Giroud and Messi in Coral anytime scorer special

| 17.05.2014

Coral are offering fantastic odds of 3/1 for Argentine superstar Lionel Messi and Arsenal season top scorer Olivier Giroud both to score anytime during their side’s final game of the campaign.

Messi’s Barcelona entertain Atletico Madrid in the La Liga winner-takes-all title decider match, while Giroud and his Gunners make the short trip to Wembley for the FA Cup final against Hull City.

Barcelona, who are three points behind, have managed to win their last six league matches against Atletico at the Nou Camp, so it is not surprising they are odds-on at 17/20 for victory again, and 5/6 to retain their Spanish top-flight trophy.

What’s even more impressive, is that Messi has managed to net 20 goals in his 21, and 17 in 15 La Liga, matches against Atleti. He is odds-on at 8/13 to score again anytime, which makes this Coral special so tempting.

In three of those fixtures, Messi has managed to hit hat-tricks, so back him at 10/1 to get another treble. He would love to also be in form ahead of the World Cup, as Argentine hopes rest heavily on his shoulders.

Fellow international squad call-up for the tournament in Brazil Giroud is also a short price of evens to net anytime in his match against Hull.

The Frenchman has also has been a near ever-present this term for Arsenal, and has bagged an impressive 22 goals in all competitions.

While he failed to net in his only appearance against the Tigers in April this year, he has scored three times in four FA Cup appearances this term, including a double in the quarter-finals against Everton. He is priced at 5/1 to get two or more again.

The Gunners have won all six of their last head-to-heads in all competitions with Hull, and are odds-on both to get a victory in 90 minutes at 4/9, and to lift their first trophy since 2005 at 2/9.
