SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Coral are offering a betting special for customers who place a pre-match bet, with odds of 1/2 or greater, on the winner-takes-all La Liga title final day fixture, between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid at the Nou Camp.

If you place a single bet of £10 or more on this Spanish league fixture with Coral, then you will get a free £10 bet to place on the Champions League final on May 24th, featuring Atleti and their Madrid bitter rivals Real in Lisbon.

Prior to this season, Barca had been dominant over Atletico, winning their last six head-to-heads. However, they have remarkably faced each five times this campaign in all competitions, with four of those ending in a draw. A share of the spoils is all the away side need to win their first La liga title since 1996.

Odds of 5/2 say the outcome of this crucial game will be a draw again, while Diego Simeone’s side are 10/3 shots to repeat their victory over the Catalans in the Champions League semi-final second leg, and 12/1 for a 1-0 scoreline again.

Atleti have not won at the Nou Camp since 2006, and that is why Barca are odds-on at 5/6 for victory once more.

Another market well worth considering is the anytime scorer. Lionel Messi, who is set to star at the World cup this summer, has netted 20 times in his 21 appearances against Atletico, and is priced at 8/13 to get a goal again.

For Atletico, meanwhile, Brazilian-born Spain international Diego Costa, who has 27 in 34 La Liga games this season, is a 7/4 chance to score anytime.

Coral’s free bets will be credited when the initial pre-match bet on the Barca v Atletico fixture is placed. The free £10 given must then be used in full on Champions League markets before the end of 90 minutes in that game on May 24th.
