Punters cannot lose if Adebayor scores in north London derby

Coral are refunding losing bets on first/last goalscorer and correct score markets if Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor nets anytime against former club Arsenal in the north London derby.

Punters can also take advantage of enhanced odds of 13/2 on Adebayor getting a goal and Liverpool frontman Daniel Sturridge being on target at Manchester United. This attractive double is brilliant value.

Adebayor has scored in two of his last three derby appearances for Spurs and, as Tim Sherwood’s side hold home advantage, they are 21/10 to get back on track with victory after damaging defeats to Benfica and Chelsea.

Tottenham have beaten the Gunners in the last two encounters at White Hart Lane. This is a must-win match for Sherwood if Spurs are to keep their hopes of finishing in the top four alive.

Arsenal were beaten on aggregate by Bayern Munich and dumped out of the Champions League, leaving the FA Cup as their only hope of silverware this season. Their last two trips to White Hart Lane have ended in 2-1 losses and that being the right scoreline for a third occasion is a tempting 10/1.

Liverpool attacker Sturridge, meanwhile, has scored in each of his last two outings against United. With 18 Premier League goals to his name already this season, only Anfield teammate and Uruguay star forward Luis Suarez has netted more often (24 in 23).

Of the SAS strike partnership, Sturridge is in by far the hotter form. He has nine league goals in his last eight appearances. Brendan Rodgers’ Reds are 9/5 for victory at Old Trafford and it is bold to bet against them because of the prolific pair up top.

United boss David Moyes has also really struggled when coming up against top-six opposition in his first season. He is yet to beat any of those sides above him, picking up a paltry three Premier League points (all in draws).
