Andre Villas-Boas 1-3 Next Premier League Manager To Go

| 16.12.2013

Coral have cut Andre Villas-Boas to 1-3 favourite to be the next Premier League manager to go, following Tottenham’s 5-0 defeat to Liverpool. The result means that Spurs have won just one of their last six league matches at White Hart Lane and sit seventh in the league table, five points adrift of the Top 4.

“Prior to Tottenham’s latest defeat there was speculation that Spurs may be getting ready to replace Andre Villas-Boas at White Hart Lane with Fabio Capello being sighted in the press box. The current Russian manager has always expressed a desire to return to the Premier League and with his impeccable record at club level, Daniel Levy may decide it’s a good time to let AVB go,” said Coral’s Tim Reynolds.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Manchester United are 4-7 not to finish in the Top 4 despite having overcome Aston Villa 3-0. The current Premier League champions sit eighth in the league table, seven points adrift of fourth place Man City.

In the Premier League top goal scorer betting, Luis Suarez’s brace against Tottenham sees the Uruguayan’s odds cut to 2-5. Suarez’s sits at the top of the scorers charts, four goals ahead of Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero, who is 10-3 to finish as the league’s top scorer.
