Toronado Cut For Classics After Craven Success

SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Toronado is the 7-2 (from 7-1) second favourite with Coral for the Qipco 2,000 Guineas, following a smooth victory in this afternoon’s Novae Bloodstock Craven Stakes.  The colt is also 7-1 (from 14-1) for the Investec Derby.

“The Craven Stakes may have lacked numbers, but Toronado beat his three rivals in good style to enhance his position as the leading home challenger for next month’s Qipco 2,000 Guineas, while as a son of High Chaparral the extra half mile of the Investec Derby could be well within his range also,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
