Latest odds for Saturday’s Handicap

Alfarris has joined Kynren as the joint-favourite for Saturday’s Cambridgeshire, following support for William Haggas’ charge earlier today.

The four-year-old has landed big handicap contests twice already this season. He’s now 8/1 to make it three at Newmarket – a price he shares with Kynren, who will go for David Barron.

Those two head the market for the £99,600 winner’s pot, which is expected to attract a field of at least 30 runners, ground dependent.

Very Talented, Wissahickon and Danceteria are all slightly further back at 14/1 apiece.

“Alfarris has been running well all summer, winning a big handicap at Glorious Goodwood, and punters clearly believe he will go close in one of the very biggest handicaps of the season,” said Coral’s David Stevens.

**Cambridgeshire Handicap
