2018 winner POLITOLOGUE, who added further Grade 1 wins last year in the Champion Chase and the Tingle Creek, has leading form credentials and should be tough to beat if at his best. Dashel Drasher's connections do not want the ground to dry out but he was effective on good and good to soft ground earlier in his career and he's a big threat judged on his Grade 1 Ascot Chase win, when he idled but still beat Master Tommytucker by 2l. Third choice is Fakir D'oudairies, who was a 12l second in the Ryanair Chase last month and can better that form if jumping with greater fluency today.[Ben Hutton]
