Wimbledon betting with Coral
Is it the thump of racket on tennis ball? The nervous anticipation of impeccably polite crowds? Or is it simply the intense competition of a high calibre sporting event? Nobody knows for sure, but that doesn't stop us collectively going mad for Wimbledon, which has been held at the All England Club since 1877 and, with 2013 men's singles champion Andy Murray in with a huge chance of a second success on home soil because ATP world number one Novak Djokovic was beaten in the third round, interest has never been bigger. Djokovic's bid to win all four tennis Majors in the same season has faltered, but he has now completed the Career Grand Slam anyway. Veteran Swiss star and all-time tennis great Roger Federer is gracing Wimbledon again and, despite his advancing years, still draws huge crowds with his elegant approach to the game. Compatriot Stan Wawrinka will be smarting after losing his French Open crown to Djokovic and an early Wimbledon exit but, with Rafael Nadal missing indefinitely with a wrist injury, he will look for compensation when the hard court section of the season gets underway. Watch out for the big-serving Milos Raonic, with the Canadian representative looking ready to take the big step and win a maiden slam in SW19.
